It turns out to be that there are no positions in Proekt, but there are people. They got talents and abilities and we are able to find application for all of them. So designer can be a copywriter, copywriter can happen to be illustrator and illustrator can turned into designer. Every person works in those fields where ha can obtain interesting and effective results.
I think it’s the way of attaining perfection. It goes without saying that there is some routine in such kind of work. From my view point routine is an integral part of the process but it’s the price for evolution in any field of activity.
